A survey posted today states that only 46% of the people that have the right to vote (18 or more years of age) will come Sunday to elect the new mayor of Bucharest. This is extremely sad, knowing the fact that 18 years have passed since the events of December 1989 and still transition to democracy casts it's deadly shadow. The saddes part is that people don't go vote and then complain that the mayor (that other people chosed) doesn't do enough for the city. People died for free elections, but freedom can be offered, not imposed.]
